LIL MAXThe Builder's Edition
Seven acts of shipped software from a builder who started in branding: AI agents that work unsupervised, trading systems that pull their own trigger, tools that run real businesses, and websites that move like this one.
SCENARIO
The internet never stops talking.
Somewhere in the noise, a trend is being born.
The machine finds it. Names it. Draws it. Ships it.
NO HUMAN IN THE LOOP
Nobody touched anything.
Boofmane
The machine that launches products while you sleep
The journey
Agent terminalBoofbot is an autonomous agent that scrapes live trends, invents a coin around the strongest one, generates the artwork, writes the lore, and launches it on-chain. End to end, unsupervised.
The public site is only the storefront. Behind it runs a launcher, a relay, live dashboards, and a community layer, all fed by the same machine.
Why it works
- Proves an AI agent can run a full creative and technical pipeline in production, not a demo.
- The concept worked: real launches, real holders, zero human input at launch time.
- The showcase site itself is a scroll-driven WebGL piece (camera orbit, volumetric fog, custom shaders).
SCENARIO
A customer sends artwork. It has forty colors.
A screen printer gets six screens, if they're lucky.
Turbosep pulls the art apart into printable plates...
REGISTRATION
...and snaps every plate back into register.
Turbosep
Color separations that used to take an expert an afternoon
Before / after compare
Screens + print orderTurbosep turns any artwork into production-ready screen print separations: spot color plates for flat art, simulated process for photos, with proofs rendered on the garment color.
Under the hood it is real color science: Lab space k-means palettes, Pantone matching, and a forward-model halftone solve that lands around ΔE 1.4 from the original.
Why it works
- Replaces a $30+/month SaaS with a tool tuned to an actual working print shop.
- Handles the ugly formats real customers send: PSD, AI, EPS, PDF, TIFF.
- Exports labeled films, mesh recommendations, print order, and a Photoshop spot-channel package.
SCENARIO
Every quote starts as a text message with a blurry logo.
Then the back-and-forth: sizes, colors, mockups, deposits.
Tusk2Tail turns that whole conversation into a pipeline.
IN FABRICATION
Quote. Proof. Approve. Print.
Tusk2Tail
A working print shop's entire front office, online
A client platform for a real screen printing business: multi-step quoting with artwork upload, a live product catalog, proof approval, payments, and an owner dashboard.
Built to run the shop that Turbosep separates for, so the tools meet in the middle: art goes in one end, printed garments come out the other.
Why it works
- Kills the messiest part of a print shop: the quoting and approval back-and-forth.
- Integrates a live blank-apparel catalog so pricing starts from real garments.
- One owner dashboard for orders, proofs, and production status.
SCENARIO
10:00 AM, New York. The window opens.
Price sweeps the liquidity resting above the old high...
...structure shifts, and a fair value gap is left behind.
34MS ORDER PATH
The bot is already in the trade.
Silver Bullet
A futures strategy that pulls the trigger itself
An automated futures bot trading NQ and ES during specific New York session windows, executing an ICT Silver Bullet strategy: liquidity sweeps, market structure shifts, and fair value gap entries.
It routes orders through NinjaTrader into a funded prop-firm account over a ~34ms execution path, with daily bias models and AI-assisted session analysis.
Why it works
- Trades a codified discretionary strategy with none of the discretion: same rules, every session.
- Prop-firm rails mean the strategy is tested against real risk limits, not a paper account.
- Every session is logged and reviewable: bias, setups seen, trades taken, outcome.
SCENARIO
A customer calls a storage facility at 9 PM.
Nobody answers. They rent from the place that did.
So we gave the facility a front desk that never sleeps.
UNIT 14 · RENTED
The AI answers, quotes, and books the unit.
Ash Street Storage
A storage facility that answers its own phone
Marketing site
Owner dashboardAll-in-one management software for a real self-storage facility: unit inventory, tenants, leases, billing, delinquency steppers built on the state lien timeline, plus tenant and owner portals.
In front of it sits an AI agent, on the phone and on the website, that answers questions, quotes prices, and books units around the clock.
Why it works
- Built for a real facility losing rentals to missed calls, not a hypothetical customer.
- Replaces per-seat PMS pricing with one flat tool the owner actually understands.
- The AI front desk turns after-hours calls, the ones that used to vanish, into booked units.
SCENARIO
A buyer scrolls a listing at midnight and wonders:
"What's actually wrong with this house?"
The site's agent opens the real inspection report...
SECTION 4.6, QUOTED VERBATIM
...and answers with citations, not vibes.
107 Suttle Dr
A house listing that answers hard questions honestly
The listing
Grounded agent answeringA for-sale-by-owner listing site with a built-in AI agent grounded in the property's full 112-finding inspection report, delivered as an encrypted secret and never published raw.
The agent quotes the inspector verbatim, cites section numbers, refuses to estimate repair costs or negotiate, and says "I don't know, ask Max" when the report is silent.
Why it works
- Trust is the whole game in FSBO: an agent that cites its sources converts skeptics.
- Grounding rules survived adversarial testing, including prompt injection attempts.
- Costs about two cents per buyer question to run.
SCENARIO
An artist paints worlds that move.
His website shouldn't hold still either.
So every canvas ripples like wet paint toward your cursor...
SHIPPED
...and the gallery flies you through his work in 3D.
GuchoArt
A muralist's portfolio where the paint refuses to sit still
Liquid shader hero
3D galleryA portfolio and shop for a psychedelic muralist: a WebGL liquid-shader hero that displaces his artwork toward the cursor, a 3D fly-through gallery with floating titles, and a commissions pipeline.
The shop is headless WooCommerce: custom-themed product pages on the site, checkout handed off to his own store, so he keeps control of orders and payments.
Why it works
- Client work with a hard brief: make loud art feel at home without competing with it.
- The color system tweens the whole site's mood between his palettes as you scroll.
- Handed off completely: his repo, his hosting, a pickup guide for whoever works on it next.
SCENARIO
A plumbing company comes back from the dead.
Its logo has a pipe wrench. So the wrench works.
It tightens the fitting in 3D, and the burst chokes off...
SEALED
...down to the last drip. On loop. Forever.
Piped Right
A plumbing brand revived, from the pipes up
Water burst hero
Merch shopA brand revival for a real plumbing company: the logo's pipe wrench tightens in 3D to seal off a live particle water burst, looping forever in the hero, with chrome-and-rust styling pulled from the brand.
Behind the hero: a print-on-demand merch shop with SVG-mocked garments, a services waitlist, and a contact pipeline, all ready for keys when the owner flips the switch.
Why it works
- Branding is the product here: the site IS the pitch that the company is alive.
- Real-time particle physics running smooth on a tiny cloud instance, no GPU server needed.
- The merch mockups render from the actual logo files, so new products cost nothing to add.
What I actually do
Brand systems
Five-plus years running a multi six figure screen print and embroidery shop means I've built and carried other people's brands across apparel, web, and community. Branding isn't a coat of paint here; it's the starting point.
Launches & communities
Websites shipped overnight for large-scale viral meme coins, with multi-thousand-member communities run and branded to match. When the moment hits, the site is live before it passes.
AI agents & LLM systems
Grounded agents with real jobs: launching products, answering buyers with citations, renting storage units at 2 AM.
Real-time 3D & animation
Scroll-driven WebGL, custom shaders, and sites that feel directed rather than templated. You're scrolling one right now.
Trading & automation systems
Futures execution, exchange integrations, backtest harnesses, and the discipline to report honest numbers.
Full products, end to end
Design, build, deploy, domain, DNS, and the follow-through: quoting flows, payments, dashboards, ops.
Max Deanda
Branding taught me what people feel. Code taught me what they click. I build both. For over five years I ran a multi six figure screen print and embroidery shop, carrying dozens of brands on everything they owned, and I've been building websites since the WordPress and hand-coded HTML days, long before AI wrote a line.
Along the way that turned into shipping sites overnight for viral meme coins, running communities thousands strong, and building the software in this edition. Based in Northwest Arkansas, available for brands and products that need to move.
